I noticed I used to check this site much more often when it was only for specifically Steam sales and when I could bookmark an URL to sort games by descending savings percentage. As it was a one-click thing I used to check it multiple times a day. However, as it is now, each time I have to deselect all other sites (each with a slight delay as the page reloads) and the sort by header. Sure, it's a mere 20 seconds, but enough of a psychological barrier that I won't do it on reflex.

Is there a way to replicate this functionality? I.e for either the site to automatically remember your selections, or to enter these options as URL parameters?

The site should remember your preferences using cookies. That includes the selected stores, sorting options, and price range. The sorting had a slight issue, but it's been resolved.

Is it supposed to work only when you're logged in? If I'm not logged it, it will not remember any of that. If I AM logged in, it seems to remember it, but if I sign out and relog another day, it loses the settings as well (so they're not attached to my account).

So I'm guessing the only way to keep them is to stay logged in all the time... which I guess is better than nothing. I really wish that URL parameters worked again, to be honest.

If cg says it's using cookies then it should work nonetheless. You don't have your browser set to delete them after you close the browser, do you?

Same, it always defaults to having more stores selected than I leave it with. Even crashes Chrome on my laptop. Can it be reverted to Steam only as default?

This is really not good. It does default to all stores, sort by date, anytime it wants. Much worse, with Christmas' sales, the site has become utterly unresponsive with so many sales, and it won't accept your inputs to disable individual sites! I'm afraid I will stick with the alternatives to this site for now, it has become too unusable. It is REALLY bad business practice to force a far worse interface and behaviour on your audience; I hope you reconsider, because every single friend I had recommended this site to, is massively annoyed by this as well.
